I, the undersigned member of the Jamaica Plain community, am in favor of the proposed 47 unit, green, transit oriented, mixed-use, mixed-income building. I have reviewed the proponent’s plans that have been submitted to the Boston Planning and Development Agency as part of the Article 80 Small Project Review and believe that the project will enhance the neighborhood, and provide much needed affordable and market rate housing.
